Humans Are Social is a small group of creative people who can write and script, shoot and edit, produce and post. Headed up by Josh S. Rose and Sean Levitan, surrounded by friends, family and a dog. Happiest on set, being healthy, making friends and getting super psyched about life and bringing ideas to life.

GOING ELECTRIC

Unagi Electric Scooters brought Humans in to create ads, social content and do photoshoots to help build and define the brand. We did a series of videos with a simple premise: going from point a to point b is just a lot cooler on an electric scooter.

BACK TO THE GARDEN

Jewelry brand Waxing Poetic hired us to capture their essence in a combination video/stills/print shoot. We developed a campaign that we called "back to the garden," which entailed bringing dancers and models to a Tulum-inspired home where we shot film, recited poetry and captured all that is good about nature, well-made things and humanity.

GOOD FAST VS BAD FAST

We did a series of :30 TV spots for Ontario International Airport based on the idea that when traveling, there's good fast and bad fast. And at Ontario, it's all about the good kind. The commercial ran during the 2024 Superbowl.

FROM THE STREET TO THE SKY

Humans was brought on to help re-brand a Los Angeles icon: the US Bank Tower Building. Ever-present in film and television, the tower's exterior is synonymous with Los Angeles, however nobody really has a sense of what it's like inside. With a restaurant, studio space, park, balconies, rooftop yoga classes, a slide and all kinds of built-in creativity, it's actually anything but a tower of bankers. 

To help convey it, the building owners decided to bring some of L.A.'s most renown street artists and have them paint the walls of the highest floor in the building. We captured the process and put together the story.

OXYGEN SAVES LIVES

Homeless Health Care Los Angeles is one of the only organizations helping the epidemic of people experiencing homelessness in L.A. from within the communities in Skid Row. With a harm reduction facility right in the center of the most concentrated amount of homeless in the city, they save lives daily.

To help raise awareness and funding for their organization, Humans helped develop a video that showcased their latest efforts in helping overturn overdoses on Skid Row, with new techniques applying oxygen in life-threatening situations.

I'M JUST SAYIN'

We shoot a lot of content, including a number of YouTube episodes and music videos, but it all might have reached an insane pinnacle when we got asked to shoot a two-day YouTube episode for Bryan Callen. The idea was to bring notorious mob hitman, Sammy "The Bull" Gravano to Los Angeles and, you know, show him a good time.

It culminated in the two guys doing a scene from the film "Black Mass" together in an Italian restaurant. Exhilarating, frightening, incredible gnochhi.
